It all starts with a lump of non-toxic polymer clay and a dream.

I carefully cut out, sculpt and design each piece before it makes its way into the oven.

After it bakes I add any other embellishments such as (but not limited to) hand painted with acrylic paint, glass and acrylic ends, glitter, sequins, and more.

*some items are capped/domed with resin or non-toxic gloss glaze*

I use the highest quality hypoallergenic gold filled finding and stainless steal or silver plated jump rings and ear hooks.

While I cannot guarantee they are non-tarnishing and allergen free for every single individual - I test every single thing before it goes on the market and I *do* have sensitive skin.

So I don’t accept returns because I would *never* ask you to pay to ship the items back to me!

Instead, I offer to replace the item if it was damaged in transit or if there is a clear defect on my end.

I know it can be really scary to tell someone something they made is broken but PLEASE let me make it right!

I will happily remake you whatever possible and if not, I can offer you a voucher for a future purchase or I can replace your items with anything of equal value that is ready to ship.
